Testing Home Smoke Alarms with Smoke!

health No Comments »

Testing your household smoke alarms with canned smoke is never a bad idea. After recently upgrading the entire smoke alarm system in this home I decided it would be best to give each alarm a realistic test to ensure the sensor, alarm, and interconnecting features all work properly. As you can see in the video, each alarm passed the test!

NHSGGC – Cannulation

sex No Comments »

This is a live demonstration of intravenous (IV) cannulation.

These are a lot of the things i wish i knew before inserting my first needle.

This was my first video recorded in 2012! unfortunately I didn’t have all the usual set up so am using a full sterile set, when this is not needed.

Please focus on the technique rather than the specifics of Aseptic non touch technique that we all adhere to now.

Thanks for watching!!!
